MAY BUSINESS NETWORKING LUNCHEON
Gwen Robles, Case Manager for Community Action House spoke to the WCR Lakeshore members at a luncheon held on May 6, 2010. It was an interesting and informative presentation and one that no REALTOR should miss. Gwen should be their first call when a homeowner contacts you about financial issues affecting their home. She will investigate and advise on loan modification, short sale, foreclosure and more. If the result requires the assistance of a REALTOR, she will turn them back to you armed with everything necessary to move forward.
